On the International Day of holocaust commemoration, join Mason Hillel for our annual event “Expressions of the Holocaust”, where we will listen, learn and remember together:

Listen to the second and third generation of Nazi war criminals in the movie “Hitler’s Children”

Learn how the holocaust still affects our society today, from our guest speaker Avi West- Senior Education Officer, Greater Washington Jewish Federation

Remember the stories and lives we lost, through personal testimonies of Holocaust survivors.


11:00 – 12:15: General plenary- Johnson Center Cinema

12:15- 12:45: Break and refreshments- Johnson Center Bistro

12:45- 2:00: Break Room of Holocaust survivors testimonies.


This event is free and open to all- Students, faculty, staff and all community members.

*Paid parking is available on “Pond” parking lot

*Refreshments will be provided during break; lunch is not included.
